Instruction

My instruction is informed by my personal investment of over 700 hours of yoga teacher training and continuing education, regular practice with authentic and inspiring teachers, and a dedicated personal daily practice.

It is my honor and privilege to lead you in your practice. Our classes include:

  • Gentle Yoga Series, a virtual space, over Zoom, offered weekly on Tuesday evenings at 7pm.  An added benefit is that class recordings are shared with participants to supplement their home practice.
  • Yoga Vs Osteoporosis methodology, principles, and instruction over Zoom, or in your home or office.
  • Gentle, Restorative, or Chair yoga on a contract basis in local studios on Cape Cod (mid and outer Cape).
  • Customized one-on-one and small group yoga sessions in your home or office.
Contact Jeanne for more information on any of these offerings, or to schedule a complementary session.

Pricing

The healing practice of yoga is over 2000 years old. It is not a service to be sold, rather a practice to be shared.

I believe everyone – all ages, body types, (dis)abilities, gender identities, racial identities, and backgrounds – deserves access to yoga. I endeavor to share yoga with all regardless of financial constraints.

My pricing policy is simple. Pay what you can, with consideration to:

  • The value of the class to you.
  • Your financial means (as a guide, see the Green Bottle visual on this page).
  • The yamas, the first of 8 limbs of yoga, particularly satya (truthfulness) and asteya (non-stealing).
  • Those with greater means may consider paying more, or pay it forward, for those with lesser means.
  • Suggested donation: group class, $10 – $30; private/semi-private, $25 – $100.

No one will be turned away for inability to pay. Please contact me directly if this applies to you.
